What is a Mind-Body Medicine?
Mind-Body Medicine offers a powerful and effective combination of research based healing therapies to help patients deal with life changes, stress, and illness. It is a combination of old healing techniques combined with newer psychotherapies. Some of the older healing techniques involve meditation, guided imagary, self hypnosis, breath work, movement, journal writing and drawings.

This can be done in an individual session or in small groups.
